1. Term

The Luxury Class is an additional class of the 198th Class Lottery, in which 3 times EUR 10,000 per month for one year and 80,000 times EUR 150 are played on 22.07.2024 and 7 times EUR 10,000 per month for one year and 30,000 times EUR 150 are played on 14.10.2024.

2. Lot numbers

The lot numbers are identical to those of the 198th Class Lottery (1 to 250,000). They are issued either in whole lots (10 lot shares of one lot number), in half lots (5 lot shares of one lot number), in ten lots or in several ten lots. The lot shares are distinguished by the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. In principle, the game participant receives the same ticket number and denomination for the luxury class with which he/she participates in the 198th Class Lottery. However, there is no right to the allocation of this ticket number and denomination for the luxury class.

3. Playing capital, payout ratio

The playing capital of the luxury class amounts to EUR 37,500,000. The payout ratio is 47.2% of the turnover.

4. Game contract, ticket price

4.1 All players who participate in the 198th Class Lottery continuously from the 1st to the 3rd Class with their ticket shares and who have paid the ticket price for the Luxury Class in accordance with item 4.2 are entitled to participate.

4.2 The ticket price for the luxury class is EUR 150,- for the whole ticket, thus EUR 75,- for the half ticket and EUR 15,- for the ten ticket. If the ticket price is paid by 20.07.2024 at the latest, the participant is entitled to participate in the two draw days of the luxury class. After 20.07.2024, a new entry into the luxury class is no longer possible. In the case of transfers or deposits, the date of posting at the bank or post office applies. Any ticket prize paid in late will be credited to the participant's clearing account or transferred back to the participant by the respective office at the participant's request.

4.3 All 250,000 tickets participate continuously in the luxury class and can win a maximum of EUR 10,000 per month for one year and EUR 150 per draw day.

5. Draws

Drawings are open to the public and take place in accordance with § 16 para. 10 of the Austrian Gaming Act, Federal Law Gazette No. 620/1989, as amended, under the supervision of a public notary on the days indicated in the prize schedule, in each case following the Monday and Super Class Draw of the 198th Class Lottery, in the drawing room of Austrian Lotteries, Rennweg 44, 1030 Vienna. The prizes of the luxury class are determined in decreasing value. The prizes worth EUR 10,000 per month for one year are determined by drawing six-digit ticket numbers, the prizes worth EUR 150 are determined by drawing three-digit final numbers. For the draws of the class lottery, the provisions of the draw procedure as amended and brought to the attention of the Austrian Tax Office shall apply.

6. Payment of winnings

The first partial payout of EUR 10,000 from the win of EUR 10,000 per month for a year will occur starting from the second working day after the respective drawing day. The remaining eleven partial payouts of EUR 10,000 each will take place starting from the second working day after the first Monday working day of a month, beginning with the month following the drawing day. Whole tickets receive the win indicated in the prize plan, while partial tickets receive the corresponding share of the respective win.

7. Prize list

The winnings of the 1st draw day of the luxury class are announced with the winnings list of the 3rd class, the winnings of the 2nd draw day of the luxury class are announced with the winnings list of the 6th class.

8. Payout period

Winning claims not asserted by players within three years after the last draw day of the luxury class shall be used by the Company in their entirety for the participants in the company's draws.
